Professional HULK Performance Pack
Individualized training programs that are designed for the professional athlete to stay at the top of their game and progress to new levels of strength, speed, conditioning and flexibility. Our focus is improving performance, both physically and mentally, to synergistically enhance the health of our clients and elevate functional movement in order to stay ‘game day’ ready. Nutrition plan, Swedish massage, and sports psychology are included in this package to meet the mind and body needs of the professional athlete.
HULK Kick Start Performance Pack
“Package A” HULK Performance is committed to enhancing the health of our entire community as well as athletes. We will design workouts to transform your lifestyle physically and mentally so you can ‘kick start’ your health benefits of increased energy levels, higher metabolic rate, improved strength and endurance. This package is designed for ‘self-care’ with three 60-minute workout sessions each week, a customized meal plan, and a monthly Swedish massage.
“Package B” Kick start your energy levels, increase your metabolic rate, and improve your mental health with three 60 minute workout weekly workout sessions. This program is designed for you to quickly achieve results and motivate you toward meeting your health and fitness goals.
HULK Youth Performance Pack
Our Youth Athlete Performance Training program is enhanced sports performance training designed to prepare athletes to battle at a higher level of competition. This advanced sports program is constructed around explosiveness and conditioning to maximize and increase speed, strength, agility, and flexibility. We prepare our youth athletes to excel at the next level with mental stability training in order to maintain focus and mental strength through competition.
HULK Snap Back Boot Camp
Join us Saturdays and Sundays for a high intensity morning workout. Our boot camp is designed to increase movement function, enhance metabolic rate, improve strength and endurance, while having fun! Our boot camp participants come prepared to work hard for 60 minutes while supporting and encouraging one another toward their fitness goals. We invite you to give our boot camp workouts a try, and you will find yourself addicted to HULK Performance Training!

Yimin Bauman, ISSA, CSCS, is a certified personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning coach. Coach Yimin is a Phoenix native and raised by a single mom growing up in the South Phoenix community. He developed a goal of playing college football, and began steering his own path by leveraging his athletic ability and natural talent for football. He attended Mesa Community College and played linebacker for two seasons. He was then awarded an athletic scholarship to the University of New Mexico and played out the rest of his college career, and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communications. He had a goal of playing in the NFL and was offered a contract as a free agent to the Minnesota Vikings.
Coach Yimin found interest in personal training and athletic performance training when his coach at Mesa Community College introduced him to a professional athletic trainer. In this high level athletic performance environment, he realized the difference in commitment and motivation and transformed his mindset to drive him to excel to the next level. Through this experience, he made it his purpose to develop a relationship with his clients to gain understand understanding and be the support they need to attain their highest goals. He prepares his clients, of all fitness and athletic abilities, to work hard for the betterment of themselves and apply it to real life situations.
Outside of training, Coach Yimin is a dedicated husband and father. His daughter is a volleyball athlete and supports her goals of playing in college. Owning his own personal training and athletic performance gym has been a life long vision. He attributes his focus and perseverance toward attain his goals to his grandmother who has encouraged and supported him throughout his life. Coach Yimin is involved in his community and truly dedicated to helping those around him.
